1.How to Generate Profit/Loss Statement from Upstox

Steps to Download Profit/Loss Statement

Step 1: Login to Keystone Upstox using your Upstox Credentials.
Step 2: Click on Profit and Loss under Reports.
Step 3: Select the Year.
Step 4: Click on ‘Go‘.
Step 5: Click on Export and Click on EXCEL.
Step 6: Email this file with your PAN number, the broker name and unique number in the first line or subject of the email to upload@jama.co.in cc help@jama.co.in.

Upstox Selling Of Shares With Out PO

Step 1: Login to bo.upstox.com using your Upstox ID and PAN as password.
Step 2: Go To Order
Step 3: Select an order–>Select sell shares–>Select NSE
Step 4: Enter the Quantity–>Click on sell
Step 5: A BO number gets generated
Step 6: Note the BO number and click on continue which will be redirected to CDSL
Step 7: Enter the BO number and PAN card details
Step 8: Enter OTP and final updated TPIN would be sent to your mobile and e-mail id
Step 9: This will redirect to the Upstox Dashboard and then click on Sell
Step 11: Enter the Transaction PIN(TPIN)
Step 12: After Entering TPIN you can be able to Place Sell Order


4.How to Download Contract Notes From Upstox

Steps to Download Contract Notes

Step 1: Login to Keystone Upstox using your Upstox Credentials.
Step 2: Click on Profit and Loss under Reports.
Step 3: Select the Year and File Type as CONTRACT.
Step 4: Select Date range and Click on ‘Go‘.
Step 5: Click on File to Download.
Step 6: Email this file with your PAN number, the broker name and unique number in the first line or subject of the email to upload@jama.co.in cc help@jama.co.in.


5.How to Download Bill Report from Upstox

Steps to Download Bill Report

Step 1 : Login to keystone.upstox.com using your Upstox ID and PAN as password.
Step 2 : Click on the “Reports” dropdown.
Step 3 : Select “Bill Report”
Step 4 : Choose the year ‘1920’ if you want for FY 2019-2020 or ‘2021’ for FY 2020-2021.
Step 5 : Select start and end dates as April 1st and March 31st next year respectively.
Step 6 : Click on Export and choose “CSV” as the option.
– You can do this for multiple years according to your requirement
Step 8: Kindly send this via Email to upload@jama.co.in and cc help@jama.co.in


6.How to Download Trade Report from Upstox

Steps to Download Bill Report

Step 1 : Login to keystone.upstox.com using your Upstox ID and PAN as password.
Step 2 : Click on the “Reports” dropdown.
Step 3 : Select “Trade Report”
Step 4 : Choose the year ‘1920’ if you want for FY 2019-2020 or ‘2021’ for FY 2020-2021.
Step 5 : Select start and end dates as April 1st and March 31st next year respectively.
Step 6 : Click on Export and choose “CSV” as the option.
– You can do this for multiple years according to your requirement
Step 8: Kindly send this via Email to upload@jama.co.in and cc help@jama.co.in


7.Rebalancing With Jama Wealth – Upstox

Steps for Rebalancing

Step 1 : Login to Jama Wealth using the link provided in the mail.
Step 2 : Click on the Rebalancing.
Step 3 : Check you Demat holdings, if the data doesn’t match please send your contract notes to upload@jama.co.in.
Step 4: Login with your Upstox Credentials.
Step 5 : Authorise your Sell Order at CDSL with TPIN and OTP.
Step 6 : Please review your orders and place the orders (both sell and buy orders will be placed).
Step 7: Your 80% rebalancing will be completed and remaining 20% rebalancing should be done on next trading day.

Kindly let our representative know once you complete the process.

Note : The market closes by 3:30pm so kindly place your orders about half hour earlier than the closing time as we need to check our backend as well. Please do send your Contract Notes to upload@jama.co.in and cc ashketh@jama.co.in

8.How to setup an auto-forward rule in Gmail

Steps to setup auto-forward rule

Step 1: Login to your Gmail account.
Step 2: Go to settings and click on Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
Step 3: Click on Add a forwarding address.
Step 4: Enter help@jama.co.in and click Next.
Step 5: You will be asked for Confirmation, click on Proceed.
A verification mail will be sent to the given forward mail address (which is help@jama.co.in).
We will verify the Email address.
Do the same steps for upload@jama.co.in
Next
Step 6: Go to Filters and blocked address and click on “Create a new filter”.
Step 7: From: CAS (CAMS) or k Fintech and To: Enter your Email Address
Step 8: Click on Create Filter and choose forward email as help@jama.co.in.
Step 9: Click on “Create Filter”.

Please Note:
1) Please forward the Emails from CAS (CAMS) or k Fintech to help@jama.co.in
2) Please forward the contract Note emails from upstox to  upload@jama.co.in


9.How to Trigger CAMS pdf – Summary

Steps to Trigger CAMS pdf – Summary

Step 1 : Open camsonline.com web page.
Step 2 : Click on “View More” under Statements.
Step 3 : Select “CAS – CAMS+KFintech+FTAMIL“.
Step 4 : Choose Statement Type as “Summary”.
Step 5 : Enter your Email associated with your Mutual Funds and Password as “Profit40%”
CAMS sends the pdf to the given Email addresss
Step 6: Kindly forward the email to help@jama.co.in


10.How to Trigger CAMS pdf – Detailed

Steps to Trigger CAMS pdf – Detailed

Step 1 : Open camsonline.com web page.
Step 2 : Click on “View More” under Statements.
Step 3 : Select “CAS – CAMS+KFintech+FTAMIL“.
Step 4 : Choose Statement Type as “Detailed”.
Step 5 : Select PERIOD as “Specific Period“.
Step 6 : Select From Date as “01-JANUARY-2001” and End Date as Current Day
Step 7 : Enter your Email associated with your Mutual Funds and Password as “Profit40%”
CAMS sends the pdf to the given Email addresss
Step 8: Kindly forward the email to help@jama.co.in
