Role : Operations Junior at JamaWealth

As an Operations Junior, you will be an integral part of a team that’s at the forefront of financial innovation, working within a SEBI Registered PMS and its group company, a SEBI Registered Investment Advisor. You will ensure that the company is efficient with streamlined business processes that result in customer delight.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Transaction Efficiency: Efficiently process mutual fund and stock transactions, adhering to strict timeframes while liaising with AMCs and Brokers to troubleshoot issues seamlessly.
  2. Regulatory Vigilance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safeguarding the integrity of operations.
  3. Customer Support Excellence: Offer exceptional support to customers with transaction-related inquiries, resolving discrepancies with speed and precision.
  4. Reconciliation: Conduct meticulous reconciliations of transactions and holdings, guaranteeing data integrity.
  5. Innovation: Identify and drive process improvements and automation, collaborating with finance and IT teams to enhance operational efficiency


Qualifications and Skills

 

  1. Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, complemented by 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  2. Certification Advantage: Possession of AMFI or NISM certifications will be considered a significant plus.
  3. Market Acumen: A good understanding of the Indian stock markets to navigate the financial landscape effectively.
  4. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues.
  5. Problem-Solving Expertise: A sharp analytical mind capable of resolving complex customer queries and concerns.
